I love this product! I have never had the will power to diet successfully. Plus, with food allergies, a lot of diets did not fit. This could not be easier! You put a patch on your tummy in the morning, and take it off in the evening or next day. No counting calories, carbs or anything else! Also, I react badly to most adhesives. Not so with this one. The patches just basically killed my appetite. I would be starving, and after 4 bites, I felt full. I weighed myself every morning and found I lost 1-1.5lbs every 2-3 days. So found out the reason why people say it hurts the tummy the reason is because it’s attacking the fatty acids. (Also If you put another on back to back) But it produced a smell the first time I wore it smelled really nice! Still trying it out!
